Set of 4 amber floor vases by Otto Brauer, Holmegaard, Denmark 1960.

Superb set of four Gulvvase amber glass vases, designed by Otto Brauer for the Danish manufacturer Holmegaard. Created in 1962, the Gulvvase series has become one of the great classics of 20th-century Scandinavian glass. The four vases feature the characteristic silhouette of the series: rounded body, long cylindrical neck, and wide flared lip. The four different sizes create a particularly decorative ensemble, with slight variations in the tones of the amber glass. One of the vases retains its original Holmegaard label. In very good vintage condition, with some light signs of use and small irregularities typical of blown glass from this era.
