Balimeké bed

Bamileké ceremonial bed, ethnic group from Cameroon. first half of the 20th century. Carved from a trunk, this magnificent piece decorated with saurians can be used as a bench or coffee table and why not as an extra bed! Note the repair on the top which gives it all its authenticity.
