A characterful luminaire that combines the boldness of Art Deco style with the elegance of Neoclassical style. A sculptural table lamp in biscuit (porcelain), representing a figurative female sculpture in two kneeling parts on either side of a central brass axis. Period 1950/60. The whole rests on a textured hexagonal base. Inspired by Art Deco and Neoclassical styles: geometric structure / octagonal base / integration of a sculpture cut in two in a straight line / female figures with faces, buns, and drapery. Very white material. Original felt, cable, and switch. In very good condition. Solid structure. Dimensions: - height with the socket: 30cm - base: 22/22cm.
