Large Italian sunburst wall mirror in gilded metal, 1960s-70s.

Large sunburst wall mirror in gilded metal, Italy, vintage 1960s-1970s. Structure made of cut and embossed sheet metal forming a radiant decoration of stylised leaves, gilded metal probably with gold leaf, with original central mirror. Generally in good condition. The mirror shows some slight alterations in the silvering as well as a small chip on the edge, concealed by the frame, thus not very visible. The back consists of a cork panel held by slightly loose metal brackets but secure, with a hanging ring present at the back. Note the patina of the metal, with fading and oxidations consistent with age, giving it a vintage aesthetic.
