2.5m5 XL pine farmhouse table

Antique 1950s pine farmhouse table with its maxi format of 2.5m. We love its very comfortable length and its very significant depth allowing it to accommodate a large number of guests. Top made of three wide interlocking boards, and very thick, resting on a very unique and robust base. This one has a central crosspiece, nested in the base and fixed with shelves at the end. Very robust and heavy, we love the unique patina of the wood. Possible defects in the wood, and slight traces of pitting in places, inherent to its great age. Fully restored, treated, sanded, lightly stained to bring out the grain, and protected with a transparent matte varnish.
