Low armchair in light wood and natural woven rope made by Audoux and Minnet in the 1950s. Modernist, constructivist, brutalist, rustic-modern design, Structure made of light, dry wood cylinders joined together with a seat and backrest crafted from exceptional quality rope weaving in a geometric pattern. The armchair was designed using beech wood and woven hemp cord, a trademark of the couple. The design is unique, both sophisticated and rustic, and continues to leave an impression due to its originality. The cord is in very good condition, Height 66cm Width 60cm Depth 67cm. Seat height 26cm. No restoration has been necessary. It has gracefully traversed the decades, ready to make a statement in a bohemian, brutalist, or chic country interior.
