Armchair "lcp" or "low chair plastic" of the designer maarten van severen for the famous firm kartell. It is made from a single piece of transparent methacrylate, which folds to form a radically innovative model. The lcp is firm but comfortable and it has an elusive and ephemeral design. The lightweight suspension provides subtle and pleasant movement when someone sits on it. Seen from the side, the chair almost looks like a fluid and floating line.
