Baloch Persian carpet (or Beluch)

Beluch (or baloch) persian carpet. Chain, weft and velvet in wool, entirely hand-knotted by the nomadic tribes of eastern iran. The carpet is patterned with red stylized guls on a tobacco background decorated with geometric patterns. Beige border with red and black geometric patterns enhanced by two counter-borders. Very good condition. 150x88 cm.
