This floor lamp with an integrated table was designed by Jindřich Halabala and produced by UP závody in Czechoslovakia in the 1930s–1940s. The design reflects functionalist principles with elements of late Art Deco, typical of Central European production between the wars. The structure is made of chrome-plated tubular steel, resting on a circular base of veneered wood and extending into an arched arm. It supports a spherical opaline glass shade and incorporates a round side table. The piece is in good original condition, with a patina on the chrome and visible wear on the wooden elements. A multifunctional object combining lighting and utility, characteristic of Halabala's work. The wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician before installation.
