1950s mirror by the ceramist GIRAUD from VALLAURIS, featuring a stylised decoration of birds (doves) and foliage. The ceramic is white with a very slightly bluish pigment. Artist's signature on the back. The piece is in very good condition, but the beautifully bevelled glass shows signs of pitting or oxidation (see photos). It is a rare item that has been in the home of a Collioure collector for a long time.
