Mid-Century Space Age Wave Glass Ceiling Lights by Koch & Lowy for P&P, 70s

Stunning pair of glass ceiling lights 'Wave' model (also called 'Futura') designed by Koch & Lowy for Peill & Putzler (Germany, 1960s/70s). Transparent wavy glass shades on aluminium and metal bases. Great design & high quality. They spread the light beautifully (see pictures). Labelled. This model was rewarded with the prestigious iF-Design Award in 1975. This model is the largest one produced by Peill & Putzler (usually the ones offered on the market are smaller). Cleaned, rewired (hardwired) and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, UK, US, etc.). Each ceiling light requires 1x E27 light bulb. LED compatible. Diameter: 32 cm; height (from ceiling): 17 cm. Very good vintage condition. Light wear and patina consistent with age and use on the metal elements.
