Pair of Discolor wall lights

Rare pair of 60/70 discolor wall lights in orange plastic and chrome style. In good working order. Original cord and switch. Two colored lamps (yellow and blue) diffuse a beautiful light on the deflector. The two yellow ones work, the blue ones need to be changed. A light dimmer on the small disk. Apparently these wall lights also connected to a record player (second connection) with the light varying according to the sound volume. To be checked. The deflectors show a lack of chrome-style "paint" (see photos).
