Sideboard

Cardin is a very pretty high sideboard, with its bright teak color and its spindle legs. Cardin was entrusted to me by the grandson of its former owner, who had gone into a retirement home. He was happy to know that this piece of furniture that he had known so well, was going to be able to start a new life in another family. Cardin was very damaged by the decades it had been through. An essentially aesthetic renovation was carried out so that it could regain its splendor! The bottom of the piece of furniture was entirely covered with vintage-style wallpaper, as well as the bottom of the 3 drawers. A peacock blue paint was applied to the sides and top of the piece of furniture, on 3 door fronts, as well as on the inside of the flap door. The thin decorative metal border located along the entire length of the upper part of the piece of furniture was slightly hammered by the vagaries of its past life (see last photo). This remains very discreet and reinforces the charm of Cardin a little more. Cardin will be delivered assembled, its weight is between 80 and 100 kg.
