Large beveled mirror with its golden frame.

Very elegant mirror, a bit of italian style, of good size, and with its very beautiful frame in wood and gilded stucco. The mirror itself is beveled and in almost perfect condition. The frame is also in superb condition and offers a very luminous gilding where the red and gold create a beautiful contrast. There are rosettes in each corner and a large palmate frieze all around. This is a careful work from the 20th century, designed to hang in the width (with the hooks present on the paneled back) but which can perfectly be placed vertically, especially above a fireplace.
