English fireplace bench – Club Fender – Tawny leather and brass – Victorian style. Very beautiful English fireplace bench of the "Club Fender" type, in the Victorian style. This elegant bench was traditionally placed in front of a fireplace to enjoy the warmth of the hearth while providing an original seating option. It features a long padded seat in patinated tawny leather, extended on each side, resting on a series of golden brass columns. The whole is supported by a substantial dark metal base. The leather shows a lovely patina due to age and use. Some seams need to be repaired, particularly at the corners, as visible in the photographs. The price reflects these repairs.
