English secretary in the "chippendale" style. Thomas chippendale was a renowned cabinetmaker and decorator of famous english artist. In 1754 he published a work that directed english decorative art in the style called chippendale style. The vogue of this work and the beautiful furniture that the author designed helped to put the louis XV style in fashion, the chippendale of which is inspired.
