Villeroy and Boch wall soap dish

Enamelled ceramic wall soap dish must be “inserted” into the wall, which means that its installation must be considered before the construction or renovation of the space which will accommodate it! It has two distinct spaces, each with a hole to drain residual water. On the back, it has “v&b” markings for villeroy and boch, and “mettlach” which is the town where the manufacturing factory was located (and still is located). It is in rather good condition for an object from the 60s, no defects on the ceramic, but it does not hide some traces of its age: on the enamelling on the front, a few scratches and various marks and a slight ecru coloring, dew on a few edges. On the rear side (the part inserted into the frame): some gaps on the ceramic and some remains of cement. It measures 33.5cm in length, 18.5cm in width, 9cm in total depth and weighs approximately 2kg.
