Kilims or handwoven tapestries, in a modern style, originating from Central Asia and dating from the late 20th century (1970s-1990s). They depict a landscape of dunes and mountains, in shades of blue, beige, and orange. The patterns and colour palette convey a sense of calm and softness. The two kilims feature similar designs, with one being slightly smaller than the other. In very good overall condition, with some stains on the fringes of the smaller kilim. Made of cotton and wool, heavy and of high quality. Dimensions: 210x140cm, 204x132cm.
