Old hollow iron earth dish J.Vieillard

Large, deep, salad bowl-style dish, early 20th century, from the famous Bordeaux earthenware factory Jules Vieillard; Byzantine pattern. Marbled effect on the exterior and interior of the dish and palmette decoration around the rim. As a fruit bowl, salad bowl, or for serving hearty family meals. Very good condition, which is rare given its size. The earthenware is still very shiny, without chips or cracks. Some printing defects related to the techniques of the time. Weight 1.450 kg.
