Large two-part buffet in solid walnut

Two-part sideboard, all in solid walnut, 1950s. Art Deco style mustache-shaped legs. Simple, straight lines characterize this antique piece. Solid wood doors with carved motifs and chrome metal keyhole handles. The lower section consists of a buffet (3 cupboards and 2 drawers) topped with three black and white marble slabs. Two height-adjustable shelves are located in the side cupboards. The upper section rests on the two outer marble slabs and a long horizontal mirror at the back. It comprises two cupboards flanking a glass-fronted cabinet. One height-adjustable solid wood shelf is located in the side cupboards, and one glass shelf is in the glass-fronted cabinet. This attractive Art Deco piece is in excellent condition. The wooden structure is sound and robust, with no defects. There is a white film on the mirror at the back of the glass-fronted cabinet and an old repair to the central marble slab; the crack is barely visible and blends in with the marble veins. Furniture in 2 parts, marble tops and removable doors allowing the furniture to be moved/delivered by 2 people.
