A fantastic vintage ceramic/stoneware figurine/sculpture depicting an owl made by Thomas Hellström for Nittsjö, Sweden. This is one of Hellström's famous animals for Nittsjö Keramik, Sweden. This owl was produced in the 1960s and is very much of its time, yet still has a contemporary feeling. The design and shape are simple, with amazing glazing, which makes it a very special object. It is in very good condition, with only a few faint marks on the glazing, but no chips or cracks. Overall, this is a very special vintage object, full of character.
