Elegant ceramic vase signed B. Letalle for the Saint-Clément factory, identifiable by its impressed stamp under the base (model 9002). This piece stands out with its sculptural silhouette and organic lines, combining a generously ribbed body and an elongated neck with an asymmetrical spout. The integrated handle harmoniously extends the movement of the shape, creating a fluid and balanced whole. The glaze, in a subtly iridescent celadon green, reveals slight metallic reflections in the recesses, enhancing the relief and depth of the decoration. This textural work, typical of Saint-Clément productions in the mid-20th century, gives the object a presence that is both soft and sophisticated. A refined decorative piece, at the crossroads of modernist design and French ceramic tradition. Dimensions. Height: 18 cm. Width: 12 cm. Base: 7 cm. Marking. Impressed stamp under the base: 9002. Intertwined SC logo (Saint-Clément) FRANCE B. LETALLE Material. Glazed ceramic. Very good overall condition. Beautiful shine of the glaze, with no notable defects, slight firing nuances inherent to the manufacturing process. Ideal for elegant decoration, as a standalone piece or integrated into a composition of French art ceramics from the 50s/60s.
