Metal centrepiece

Large decorative bowl in gilded metal with a radiant structure, composed of welded metal rods forming a sun pattern. The central disc is made of metal sheet, with a pale green painted finish on the reverse. A decorative piece typical of European modernist design from the 1960s-1970s. The welded assembly gives the piece a sculptural and graphic appearance. It can be used as a decorative centrepiece, a light basket for decorative objects or fruits, or simply as a sculptural object placed on a table, sideboard, or console. It can also be repurposed as wall decoration. Beautiful patina on the gilded metal, consistent with the age of the piece. Dimensions: Width: 44 cm. Height: 15 cm.
