Pair of vintage candlesticks / torches in solid pewter – Guy Degrenne

Magnificent asymmetrical duo of vintage candlesticks (torches) in solid pewter from the famous French house Guy Degrenne. Genuine collector's pieces from the 1970s/1980s, these candlesticks feature a very minimalist neoclassical design in the shape of a column. The polished finish of the pewter adds a retro-chic and elegant touch, perfect for table decoration or on a sideboard. The asymmetry of the two sizes allows for a beautiful play of light and height. Stamped on the base "Guy Degrenne" and "Pewter" with the purity rate (92 or 95%). In very good vintage condition. The pewter shows a lovely original patina with very light micro-scratches from use, which adds to their authentic charm. No chips, no deformation. Height of the large model: 19 cm. Height of the small model: 11 cm. Base dimensions: 7 cm X 7 cm. Weight of both: 645 g.
