Danish Holmegaard blown glass vase

Thick blown glass vase from the 1960s designed by Per Lükten for the Danish company Holmegaard. It measures 19 cm in height and 9.5 cm in diameter at the top. In good condition, with only a small touch that is hardly noticeable at the base (photo). It belongs to his iconic lines of organic and fluid shapes from the mid-century (Danish Mid-Century Modern), characterised by thick and heavy glass that distorts light in a sculptural way.
