Former hat-wearing or designer of the siegel paris brand. A chrome brass structure, a clamp to hold the hat, a calf to rotate the presentation rod and adjust it in height. Some lack of chrome, weather-tainted chrome, small superficial corrosion stains. A little sinking on the base. Good general condition. Minimum height: 40.5 cm. Maximum height: 64 cm. Length stem presentation: 28.5 cm.
