Round coffee table in wicker and bamboo

This charming coffee table straight out of the 60s or 70s will add a warm, vintage, and natural touch to your interior with its lovely curved wicker (and bamboo?) legs. The top is edged with wicker (or bamboo), made of particle board (the medium of the time) covered with a wood veneer on the visible side (which can easily be revamped with paint, adhesive paper, or even caning, whenever you feel like it). The wood veneer is certainly less charming on these small tables than caned tops, but it is much less fragile and easier to clean, thus preserving it for many more years. Another advantage of this model is that the legs form a fairly compact square (33 cm on each side), so you won't trip over them. I have thoroughly cleaned the whole piece with a brush and a little soapy water to remove decades of dust accumulated on the legs. This table is in generally good condition, stable, solid, with no breaks, but does show some signs of its age: small various marks on the wicker (most are probably original marks) and a few light scratches, which are not very visible on the top. It measures 53.5 cm in diameter and 46 cm in height.
