JAEGER Paris brass wall clock 1950s/60s Vintage Rococo in perfect working condition

This is a very beautiful and surprisingly heavy french baroque/rococo style brass wall clock with a white dial, gold filigree hands and black roman numerals. The shiny brass rim is decorated with scrolls, ribbons, flowers and a snake! Made in france by jaeger paris, as shown on the dial, and the movement is marked junghans quartz, west germany. This is a truly remarkable rococo style clock which would make a wonderful gift, delightful display item and is ideal for a collector. It will look great in a finely decorated house, in the hollywood regency style for example, or in a more fanciful french-influenced baroque decor. This is a great decorative piece and perfect prop for a television, film or theater production. In excellent condition with very few cosmetic signs of its age. In perfect working order.
