Mid-Century Crystal Glass Chandelier, Germany, 1960s

A chandelier made in the 1960s. The lamp is very large, its diameter is 55 cm. The main part of the lamp consists of 9 bulb holders with a small thread and 18 glass panels made of crystal glass. Crystal glass is usually cut and formed into unusual patterns to maximize its properties. The lamp is heavy and solidly made, it is impressive live. It will look beautiful in a high room. From the bottom there is a chrome panel that hides the bulb holders and at the same time diffuses the light to the sides. The construction of the lamp resembles the designs of kinkeldey, kalmar or kaiser. The lamp is in very good condition with normal signs of use. The glass panels are not cracked, there are small spots on the metal elements. The lamp has an original headliner, is functional and ready for installation. Dimensions: Height - about 70 cm.
