Pair of amphora vases in glass, crater style, late 19th century.

Pair of large antique glass vases, in the shape of a Greek crater. Produced in Western Europe, possibly France or Italy, late 19th / early 20th century. Height 54 cm, maximum diameter 30 cm. Thick glass bases, with a thinner upper part, greenish tint. Very good condition; one vase has a small chip on the upper rim, barely noticeable. Sold as a pair.
