This is a modern version from 2010 - 2020. The panton chair is a true design classic. The chair was designed in 1959 by verner panton and further developed for serial production in 1967 in collaboration with vitra. It was the first chair to be made entirely from one piece of plastic. Since its market introduction, the panton chair has gone through various production phases. Only since 1999 was it possible to manufacture the chair according to the original design: made of durable, dyed-through plastic with a matt-gloss finish.
