These versatile lamps can be mounted on the wall or used as sculptural table lamps. The bold circular form and geometric arrangement of the light sources create a striking postmodern composition and an atmospheric interplay of light and shadow. This is the larger and considerably rarer version of the design, in contrast to the smaller model 6686. Model 6688 is becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly as an original pair. Both lamps retain their original manufacturer’s identification, including an original label and branded mark. An elegant and beautifully preserved pair of scandinavian wall lights by one of sweden’s most celebrated lighting designers.
