Solid wood wall shelf, Folk art, around 1900

Antique wall shelf made of solid wood, consisting of three levels of storage. Its upper part is highlighted by a zigzag cut, a simple detail that gives it a particularly graphic silhouette. The construction, made from thick boards, reveals the joints and some irregularities of the handcrafted work. The wood has a beautiful dark patina as well as some signs of use. A small piece of popular furniture full of character, equally interesting on its own or adorned with books or objects. Dimensions: H 102 × W 87 × D 22/14 cm.
