Mustard yellow glazed terracotta soup casserole

This charming glazed terracotta casserole has beautiful assets to showcase: its very pretty colors, mustard yellow on the outside, caramel inside, its lid still present and intact and the shape of the handle of the lid (i call it, in shrek's ear!) which strongly recalls the work of some potters of vallauris. A beautiful craftsmanship in any case. It will put sunshine in your kitchen! I don't know what it was intended for, probably culinary, but it doesn't seem to have been used one day! It is in very good condition, no trace of time or use, except very slight traces under the pot. It is 26 cm wide (including handles), 18.5 cm in diameter, 14 cm high (lid included) and weighs about 2kg.
