Renovated workshop cabinet with drawers

Spectacular antique trade cabinet dating from the first half of the 20th century. With its façade entirely made up of small drawers, this exceptional piece evokes the old apothecary furniture and offers outstanding decorative potential. Materials: made of solid wood (pine), the cabinet has retained its numerous individual small drawers as well as their wooden knobs. The marks and shades present on the wood testify to its use and contribute fully to its patina. Features: the façade is rhythmically arranged with 130 small drawers spread over 13 rows of 10 drawers, offering remarkable storage capacity. Originally designed as a trade cabinet, it could have been intended for the classification and storage of a multitude of small parts or products. Its graphic repetition of drawers and large dimensions make it a particularly spectacular piece today, ideal for a living room, kitchen, office, or shop. Renovation: the cabinet has been completely sanded, washed, and treated against wood-boring insects. It has been left in raw wood.
