Here is a magnificent Louis XVI style mirror with a remarkable pediment (probably from the late 19th century, Napoleon III period) or even the very beginning of the 20th century with four detached corners to give it even greater presence. It is a mirror in wood and painted stucco, beautifully illustrated. We have completely renovated it to restore the gilding that it had lost over time. We thus find more of the arabesque sculptures that give it an additional "class". The magnificently crafted frame, illustrated with floral motifs, presents both simple lines and a research in the decorations. The interior pearls also give this beautiful mirror an unexpected lightness. It is a superb piece as long as it is highlighted in a corridor that it will illuminate, in a beautiful room, again, that it will help to illuminate. Combination of substantial dimensions and a certain lightness translated in the decorations and the profiles, this object is unique. One has the impression that it crosses the eras and therefore the styles to be at ease in more modern environments, even offbeat, like a bathroom, an entrance...
