The stone is the purest of what exists in travertine. It comes from the tivoli quarry near rome, from where the buildings of the vatican, the colosseum or the trevi fountain are extracted. The travertine from this region is very pure, with few veins and a very light color. They do not fear stains. The stone is worked with the great know-how of berraldacci which allows to have a "softened travertine": natural and matte appearance, soft to the touch.
