Cut and engraved green blown glass carafe vase

Here is a very pretty small blown glass carafe in green, a lovely green with a slight yellow tint. It features a floral decoration that seems to be handmade in two ways: the five small stars are carved in relief into the material, and the rest of the floral decoration on the body and neck is engraved, also in relief but to a lesser depth. Some attribute these bottles (same size but slightly different decoration) to the Saint-Louis crystal factory at the end of the 19th century, beginning of the 20th century, but in the absence of any markings, I leave you to judge or investigate. This carafe is in good condition, neither cracked nor chipped, but with some marks that testify to its age or origin: small scratches and abrasions where the stopper (absent) would have been. It measures 16 cm in height and approximately 8 cm in maximum diameter.
