Large antique wooden bowl

Magnificent large antique solid wood trough, likely of Provençal origin, handcrafted. It has been treated with xylophene as it had some woodworm damage, then polished with natural wax. Its beautiful size makes it a lovely decorative object on the floor, on a console, a workbench, or a large table. Diameter at the top 50.5 cm, interior 41 cm, height 12 cm, weight 4.5 kg.
