Pair of vintage Scandinavian armchairs in pine and fabric.

Here is a superb pair of vintage armchairs made of solid pine and bright yellow fabric, featuring a design that is both minimalist and warm. They appear to be models by André Sornay, but unfortunately, there is no attribution mark. Their architectural structure in light wood, with clean and balanced lines, offers a subtle contrast to the softness of the generously padded cushions. The fabric, in a sunny and vibrant shade, enhances the overall look and gives these seats a strong presence while remaining refined. Both graphic and inviting, these armchairs deeply embody the spirit of vintage furniture: robustness, simplicity of forms, and boldness of colours. Modular and timeless, they can form an elegant small sofa or be arranged separately to create a structured and warm living space. They are in superb condition. The structure shows only a few minor signs of use. The foam in the cushions is still compact. The textured fabric covers are in very good condition. Note a very slight shadow on one of the seats that we intentionally took a close-up of, but it is barely noticeable when the cushion is in place (see photos).
