Danish mid century shelving system, set of 6 shelves, 1960s

A functional, fully renovated mid century shelving system inspired by the iconic modular designs of the 1960s by poul cadovius. With its compact size and wall-mounted design, it takes up minimal space. The wall unit’s minimalist design is complemented by the use of durable teak wood and teak veneer, known for its rich grain and resistance to wear. The system is fully modular, offering various configuration options to suit your needs. The assembly system is simple and intuitive, with shelves mounted on solid wood rails using black-varnished metal brackets. Four short rails instead of long ones increase the arrangement possibilities, allowing for horizontal and diagonal layouts. We have renovated the unit through the upcycling process. The old holes in the shelves have been pegged in, with decorative teak pegs, which adds an interesting feature. The wood has been sanded down, stained, and finished with layers of danish oil to a uniform look. An extremely functional and beautifully crafted set that will fit perfectly into any interior. The set includes: 2 shelves: w: 80 / d: 20 cm. 4 shelves w: 80 / d: 25 cm. 4 solid wood montage rails, each 97 cm long. Metal brackets. *the set does not include screws and wall plugs.
