5 Thonet and Horgen bistro chairs from the 40s

Set of 5 bentwood bistro chairs from the 1940s. At first glance they would seem almost similar! 3 come from the thonet factories, the other two from horgen-glaris/horgen-glarus. Yet another proof that the factories sometimes copied each other in their models by integrating minimal differences and/or had operating agreements on certain models registered for certain countries. In any case, the model is pretty, the grain of the veneer wood of the backs is vertical, assembly of the arced feet. The thonet have curved feet, the horgen are straight. The seats of the thonet are slightly wider.
