A rare "USA 143" chair by Swedish designer Folke Ohlsson for Danish makers P Jeppesens. In beech with burgundy leather upholstery, this early 1950s chair is a beautiful example of Scandinavian modern design. The form is both organic and streamlined. It retains its original brass feet. The frame has been restored, with a silky smooth finish. Some minor patina remains. The maker plaque is affixed to the underside.
