Napoleon III wall mirror, 19th century, 71 x 50 cm

Magnificent 19th century napoleon III pediment mirror with 4 detached angles to give it a greater presence. The structure is in gilded wood beautifully worked with arabesque sculptures, the openwork pediment is very rich in floral motifs and we can see 2 falcons with outstretched wings. This mirror has been renovated because there were some missing parts and it has been regilded to give it a beautiful luminous color. Some traces of wear are present of course, especially on the glass (pitting) and some old worm holes, see the photos. It is a superb small piece that you can place in your entrance, your living room, your bathroom or your bedroom, it will bring a lot of warmth and light with its pretty golden color while bringing an antique decoration.
