Rare Art Deco UFO chandelier designed by Josef Hurka and produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s. Crafted from brass-plated and lacquered metal with a large frosted glass diffuser, the pendant features an elegant streamlined silhouette strongly influenced by early modernist and aerodynamic design principles. The wide circular form creates a sculptural floating appearance while emitting warm diffused light. A timeless architectural lighting object suitable for both Art Deco and contemporary interiors. The chandelier remains in good original condition with minor signs of use and beautiful authentic patina. Newly rewired and fully compatible with US electrical standards.
