These two oils on sheet metal dated 1928 and signed with a name difficult to identify are, however, unlike their painter, perfectly recognizable! They are two places that only lovers of the périgord and the dordogne know... On the first panel, it is indeed the prehistoric site of ruth, in the périgord near tursac that is painted. In this thousand-year-old place where you can admire carved stones, some merovingian tombs are still present, proof of a perennial occupation of the place by our distant ancestors. On the second panel, it is a view of le bugue, a small village in the dordogne where the vénère flows peacefully that we see, sliding under the aptly named bridge at le bugue. The framed set is in very good condition. The dimensions given for a table.
