This is the BZ slatted bench by Martin Visser for Het Spectrum, 1960s. The bench was originally designed at the request of the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam. Due to its great success, the design was put into production by ’t Spectrum. The bench is made of black solid wood. This minimalist piece can be used as a bench, coffee table, or TV stand. Since 2010, the bench has been produced by Pastoe. This piece is the vintage version. What makes this piece particularly special is that it is the BZ82 model.
