Set of 4 Cesca chairs designed by Marcel Breuer

Set of 4 Cesca B32 chairs by Marcel Breuer. Tubular chrome-plated metal frame, seats and backs in black lacquered beech wood and cane. These models date from the early 80s (according to the previous owners). They furnished an apartment in a 70s residence in La Grande Motte. They are in very good condition, whether the canework, chrome or woodwork. Note slight traces of oxidation on the chrome caps (photo) and traces of rubbing on the wood at the back of the backs (photo). One seat has been redone by a craftsman, it has a slightly darker shade. These are the same original batch and not chairs from a different edition and period. One chair is marked Made in Italy under the seat.
