Service of 6 cups and saucers in Limoges porcelain – Green decoration

Elegant set of six cups and their six matching saucers made of Limoges porcelain, with a delicately ivory white background. The cups charm with their flared and low shape, subtly faceted, accompanied by finely designed handles. A wide golden band with floral and scroll motifs, highlighted by a green line, adorns the cups and saucers. A refined set for a lovely table or a tea moment. The photographed pieces bear the marks "LIMOGES FRANCE" and "THIERRY – 3, rue des Cordeliers – PAU", the latter presumably corresponding to a retailer's mark. Estimated period: 1930s–1950s, in the Art Deco spirit. • 6 cups and 6 saucers, making 12 pieces. • Capacity of each cup: approximately 170 ml. • Excellent condition, with no chips or cracks, and remarkably preserved decoration. A very beautiful set of French porcelain, as pleasant to use as it is to display.
