Superb coffee service inspired by brutalism, made of black glazed ceramic, dating from the mid-20th century (1950s–1970s). This service stands out for its radical and minimalist modernist design, characterised by sober and powerful shapes, a complete absence of decoration, and a deep black glaze with a mirror-like shine. The exposed clay on the underside highlights the raw material and reinforces its brutalist aesthetic, which was very much in vogue in the decorative arts of this period. A set with a strong character, both functional and sculptural, ideal for enthusiasts of mid-century design, minimalism, and bold pieces.
